GCP & Regulatory Information
Effective Date: 1st April 2025
At Park View Pharmacy, patient safety, clinical quality, and professional accountability are at the heart of everything we do. This page outlines our commitment to Good Clinical Practice (GCP), as well as the legal and regulatory frameworks we operate under as a licensed UK pharmacy.
1. Our Commitment to Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
While GCP is primarily associated with clinical trials, its principles are widely recognised across healthcare. We align with GCP in our daily operations by:

- Ensuring all staff involved in healthcare services are appropriately trained and qualified
- Maintaining informed consent for services where applicable (e.g. vaccinations, PGDs)
- Respecting confidentiality and data protection at all times
Our approach reflects ethical and scientifically sound care, in line with NHS standards and UK law.
2. Regulatory Bodies and Professional Compliance
Park View Pharmacy is regulated by several national bodies to ensure patient protection, clinical safety, and professional excellence.
